Sarah's Favorite Interior

Today I am super delighted to have Sarah from Wall Candy on the Yummy Mummy Blog here to share her favorite interior!  For those of you who don't know Sarah yet, you are going to love her - she is just one of those real, sweet, and funny gals you can't help but like instantly.  Anyway, Sarah has picked a gorgeous space, so let's get to it...

I am so excited to be writing a guest post on Staci’s fabulous blog today. When she asked me to choose my favourite interior I thought it would be so easy. I fall in love with many images online thanks to my addiction to pinterest. However, finding a home that I loved proved to be way more difficult than I expected. I would find one home and think: yes! And then I would spot a chandelier I hated or a piece of art that wasn’t ‘me’.

My personal style would probably be described as seaside cottage: lots of soft pastel colours, painted furniture, floral and striped fabrics. So you may be surprised with the interior that I fell in love with. I know I was.

I have saved the best for last. I could curl up in this spot for hours with a good book. I just love it...

This 1904 fisherman's cottage was completely redone in a black and white scheme. I love the overall cozy, relaxed feel of the home, don’t you? Even though it is so far from my usual style, I could see myself living here very happily. But I would keep all chalk well out of reach of my children.

Thanks so much Staci for allowing me to share my favourite interior with your readers!
