Lulu For Lonny

I enjoyed flipping through the {virtual} pages of Lonny this past weekend, and while I'm sure many of you did the same, I wanted to share my favorite interior that they featured with all of my readers who have not seen it yet.  This is the home of LA Designer Lulu de Kwiatkowski...

I am, and have always been a total sucker for darling breakfast nooks like this one, it just says "happy mornings" don't you think?

I am in love with this room for so two reasons - First, the ceilings are to die for. And second, the whole side of the room has french doors which {being lucky and living in LA} can remain open to let the outdoors in.

Okay, okay, I am in love with this room for many reasons, but those were my main two reasons... And the fun, bold artwork is my third reason!

This bedroom is beautiful and looks so very loved and lived in, which adds so much warmth to the space.

This wallpaper makes this hallway super fun.  Period.

Again, these ceilings are wonderful, and the bright aqua coloured sofa makes me smile!

I have been a huge fan of Slim Aarons' work {which is featured above the fireplace} since the summer when I discovered him while doing a post on Palmer Weiss featured HERE.  And of course the Brno Chair by Mies van der Rohe is also on my wish list, Mies is my all time favorite designer!

I love the mixing of old and new in this room, it stands out especially in the wonderful artwork.

Overall this home is very sweet and cheerful, much like Lulu's collection for Matouk, which is a must see, so be sure to check it out HERE.
